Shanga charges a flat shipping rate. Prices are outlined below and are in Australian Dollars

Standard: AUD $15.00 (delivery takes up to 4 working days)Please note: All orders are sent from Sydney. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.
Outside Australia
International orders are sent via Air Mail Express, which means to most locations your order should be delivered within 7-14 days.Please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Check with your local customs office for more information.

Overview of delivery details
We've done our best to make delivery as easy and cost effective for you as possible.
Although there is a delivery charge involved in shopping with shanga.com.au, we believe that that you will in fact save money - not to mention your time and energy - by shopping via the internet.
If you've ever added up how much it costs you in transport or petrol and parking to go shopping, we're sure you'll understand.
Delivery times and costs will differ depending on whether you choose to have your purchases delivered Standard or Express. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (generally Monday - Friday except holidays).

How are my purchases delivered
shanga arranges delivery of your purchases using Australia Post for both Standard and Express delivery.
When will my purchase arrive
You should allow 7 working days for Standard delivery of your purchases although you will generally receive your products sooner depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.
Express delivery takes up to 4 working days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.
Please note that deliveries overseas will take longer time depending on the delivery address.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from shanga.com.au that do not meet your expectations, simply return the products with the receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please notate on the front side of your receipt the reason for your return and send the product(s) back to us using pre-paid and insured shipping methods.
Items purchased on shanga.com.au cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Shanga Cosmetics.
We accept gently used returns on items purchased on shanga.com.au only within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase. Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

- We use PayPal, one of the top third-party secure online transaction providers, to process our online orders.
If you haven't used PayPal before, here are some basic things you should know about the process:
- Through PayPal you can pay for online purchases with your credit card. Paypal accepts most of the popular credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa.
- You don't need to become a member of PayPal to use it, although you can join in less than five minutes at no cost to you.
- All Shanga payments will be displayed in Australian dollars.
- Australian customers will be billed in Australian dollars.
- Customers from all other countries will be billed in Australian dollars and the amount converted on their paypal / credit card statements.

Here's how it works:
- When you check out, you will immediately be taken to the PayPal screen.
- You will see your purchase listed in Australian dollars. This will later be converted to your currency on your credit card.
- You will see 2 choices:
- "Continue Shopping". Click on this if you need to select another item from Shanga.
- "Secure Checkout". Click on this if you've finished your selection.
When you click on Secure Checkout, you'll be taken to the next screen where you'll see your total cost, with the shipping and handling ("Postage & Packing").
