If by chance you are not completely in love with your SHANGA purchase, you can return items for a full refund. Our Delight Centre will be happy to assist you with processing an exchange for a different product. Please note that if you paid by check or cash directly to your Brand Ambassador, you will need to process your refund directly through them. An original sales receipt or packing slip must accompany your product return request. Display or Sale items can only be returned if there is a defect in the product.

*If returning your Starter Kit, you must initiate a return within 14 days of receipt of your kit.

Shanga Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Notice: You may cancel this transaction at any time during the next ten days. Simply call or email your Brand Ambassador. Please note that, as your order may have already been shipped, the cancellation mat need to be processed as a return.

Invitation: When attending a Shanga Showcase with an opportunity to sell you Shanga products, you are deemed to have invited the Brand Ambassador to attend the Showcase or Beauty Bar.

Packaging and Postage: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. Shipping is non refundable. We will include shipping costs when returning items for a store credit. Return shipping is at your cost. 

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you’re not absolutely delighted with your SHANGA purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. We are happy to provide you a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days and Store Credit within 45 days.* Please note that if you choose to repurchase the same product at a later date, however, you may not return it a second time.
When refunding to Store Credit we also refund the original shipping. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Q. What if my order is missing an item or contains the wrong item?
A. If your order is missing an item or contains the wrong item, please notify your Brand Ambassador or the Delight Centre within 14 days of the delivery date to arrange for replacements.

Q. How do I return a product?
A. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

Q. How do I return or exchange items in my Starter Kit?
A. You can return your Starter Kit within 14 days of delivery, subject to our buyback policy. You must return your Starter Kit in its entirety. Return of your Starter Kit will effectively terminate your Shanga Brand Ambassador Agreement. To return your Starter Kit and terminate your SHANGA business, please contact the Delight Centre for assistance.

Q. How do I return or exchange items in my SHANGA Pure Results Regimen Kit?
A. You may not return individual items within your SHANGA Pure Results Regimen Kit, but you are welcome to return your Regimen Kit in its entirety. However, if you would like to exchange your choice of Cleanser, Infusion or Day Moisturiser for a different Cleanser, Infusion or Day Moisturiser and keep the remainder of your Regimen, please contact the Delight Centre within 14 days of delivery to process an exchange.

Q. How do I return a Host Reward item?
A. Your Brand Ambassador can assist you in processing any returns for items purchased with Host Rewards. Items purchased with Referral Rewards may be returned within 30 days of delivery or 45 days for store credit. You will be refunded the out of pocket price paid (50% of retail), but you will not able to apply the 50% off Host Reward credit to a different purchase.

Q. How do I package my return?
A. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. The package in which the items were originally shipped can be reused if the size is still appropriate. Please make sure you have paid for sufficient shipping to return your items.

Q. When will I receive my refund?
A. As soon as we receive your returned items at our Distribution Center, we will gladly process your refund. Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our Distribution Centre once you drop it in the mail. Once your return has been processed at the SHANGA Distribution Centre (may take 2- 3 days) you will receive confirmation when your refund has been processed. Once we process your return, your refund will be available approximately 8-10 business days later, depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Q. How do I return an SHANGA gift I received?
A. Please contact the Delight Centre and we will be happy to help you. A Delight Centre Associate can help you find the order number for the gift and will ask you for the name and/or email address of the gift giver. If the item is returned within 45 days of your receipt of product, we are happy to process an exchange or issue you store credit towards a different item.

Q. I purchased my items with cash or check and would like to return my items. How do I get refunded?
A. All orders placed online with us require a valid credit card. Unfortunately, we can only process returns for orders placed directly online through SHANGA. If you purchased in store, you will need to contact your Brand Amabassador directly to process an independent refund. The Brand Ambassador will manually refund your purchase in your original form of payment of either cash or check. SHANGA is not responsible for any payments processed outside of our online system.

Q. Do you offer price adjustments?
A. We do not offer price adjustments. Sale prices will be as marked and no price adjustments will be made on previous purchases.
