For skin: Lightly massage a small amount over dry or slightly damp skin.

For the bath: Pour one capful under running water.

For hair: Massage approximately two tablespoons into dry or slightly damp hair and scalp. Leave for 10 minutes to one hour, depending upon hair damage. Wash and condition hair as usual.

For cuticles: Slowly massage one drop of oil into each cuticle and work into nail bed once a day.

For massage: Pour into the palm of one hand. Rub hands together briskly to heat oil. Massage as usual.
